Delivery of your Oak Project
Please be aware that delivery is an economy service with a pallet company and is a curb side service. This means that you are responsible for removing the project from the delivery vehicle, unless you have access to a forklift this will mean handballing it off.
They do not provide an ETA but depending on where you are in the country they may offer additional services such as a timed delivery or Saturday delivery for a fee.
Please advise if there are any access restrictions such as weak bridges or narrow lanes that would prevent a lorry from making delivery. If the pallet company are unable to make delivery for any reason then re-delivery will be charged at the same rate. Furthermore we do not accept liability for tradespeople or other costs incurred due to delivery not being made by the third party pallet company.
